Padel Coach — Self-Employed | Padel Xero Cannock

Padel Xero Cannock is our first standalone club, with two further sites in the pipeline for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027. We are building something special — a fun, inclusive, and social padel community in the heart of the Midlands — and we’re looking for a passionate, self-employed coach to help us shape it from the ground up.

Your Role

As our Padel Coach, you’ll work closely with the club to design and deliver a structured weekly coaching programme that caters to all levels — from complete beginners to competitive players. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing a weekly coaching schedule across group sessions, individual lessons, and tournament formats
• Delivering high-quality on-court coaching to players of all abilities
• Organising and running social play, club tournaments, clinics, and junior sessions
• Developing initiatives to grow participation and retain members
• Supporting outreach activity with local schools, community groups, and organisations
• Promoting an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone feels at home
• Monitoring court safety and flagging any maintenance concerns

What We’re Looking For

We want a motivated, people-first coach who loves the sport and wants to help build something lasting. You’ll need:

• A valid LTA coaching qualification and accreditation, including Safeguarding certification
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for padel and the drive to grow it within your community
• Social media awareness is a bonus but not essential
