Padel Talent (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates padeltalent.co. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions, contact us at jobs@padeltalent.co.
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Newsletter and job alert sign-ups
When you subscribe to receive padel job alerts, we collect your email address. This is processed by our email provider, Mailchimp, on our behalf.
Contact form submissions
When you contact us through our website, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the category of your enquiry (job seeker, employer, press or other) and the content of your message.
Website usage data
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, time on site, general location, device type and which links are clicked, including job listing apply buttons. This data is anonymised and aggregated; we cannot identify you individually from it.
We do not currently offer candidate accounts, CV uploads, or job application processing through our website. When you apply for a role listed on PadelTalent, you are taken directly to the employer’s own website, job platform, or email address to complete your application — we do not see or store your application or CV.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our job alerts. If you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active mailing list within 30 days.
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months to allow us to follow up on enquiries, then deleted.
We use the following third-party services to operate PadelTalent. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf:
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share your email address with employers who post jobs on PadelTalent.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email jobs@padeltalent.co. We will respond within one calendar month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
Our website uses cookies for essential site functionality and for Google Analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, email jobs@padeltalent.co.
