Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality padel sessions for players of all levels (private and group formats)
- Create a welcoming, safe, and professional training environment
- Participate in club events, mixers, and tournaments to help build community
- Communicate player progress and work closely with the team to elevate the member experience
Qualifications
- Coaching experience or high-level competitive background in padel or other racquet sports
- Solid understanding of technique, strategy, and game flow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
- Availability to coach in Sunnyvale and San Jose
