We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Padel Tennis General Manager & Head Coach to
lead both the athletic and operational aspects of our Padel Tennis Centre.
This dual-role requires a motivated individual who can inspire players of all levels while
managing the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure a high-quality experience for
members and guests.

Padel Tennis Head Coach’s Core Duties

• Deliver high-quality padel coaching sessions for individuals, groups, and juniors.
• Develop training programs tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to
  advanced players.
• Organise and lead padel clinics, workshops, and tournaments.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Demo Rackets for purchase
• Maintain and update Padel CRM, including padel levels.
• Schedule group coaching sessions and 121s
• Promote a positive and inclusive sporting environment

General Management Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the padel club, including scheduling, staffing, and
  maintenance.
• Manage membership services, including recruitment, retention, and customer
  satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to grow club visibility and
  engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build partnerships with local organisations, sponsors, and community groups.
• Update Social media sites
• Responds to emails and chats
• Maintain and update Padel CRM, including padel levels.
• Ensure Padel Centre is always clean and tidy.

Padel Tennis General Manager & Head Coach’s Skills Required

• Certified Padel Coach (national or international certification preferred).
• Experience with Padel booking systems such as Playtomic or Matchpoint would be
  desirable.
• Proven experience in coaching padel or similar racket sports.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in a sports or leisure
  environment, would be advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• IT, Outlook, WhatsApp and Social Media skills required
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Full driving license and own vehicle, essential
