We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Padel Tennis Coach to lead both the athletic and
operational aspects of our Padel Tennis Centre.
This role requires a motivated individual who can inspire players of all levels while
managing the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure a high-quality experience for
members and guests.

Padel Tennis Coach’s Core Duties

• Carry out exciting Padel training sessions for adults and children
• Run club / coaching and competition sessions
• Assist with on court Social Media coaching and club session pictures
• Demo Rackets for purchase
• Responds to emails and chats
• Maintain and update Padel CRM, including padel levels.
• Schedule group coaching sessions and 121s
  Padel Tennis Coach’s Skills Required
• LTA qualified or similar padel qualification
• Experience working within a sports and leisure environment
• Experience with Padel booking systems such as Playtomic or Matchpoint would be
  desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills
