Brakepoint Padel Club are looking for a Membership Manager to join their growing team. This is a commercially driven role at the heart of the club — responsible for growing the membership base, retaining existing members and delivering the campaigns and events that keep the community thriving.

Responsibilities
- Drive membership growth through proactive sales, outreach and lead generation
- Retain existing members through outstanding relationship management and regular communication
- Plan, manage and deliver membership campaigns and club events
- Build strong relationships with members, prospects and the wider padel community
- Work closely with the management team to hit membership targets and revenue goals
What They Are Looking For
- A people person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales or membership experience — ideally in a leisure, sports or hospitality environment
- Genuine passion for padel and the padel community
- Organised, proactive and commercially motivated
- Experience running events or campaigns is a bonus
The Package
- Basic salary: £27,000 per year
- Bonus scheme
- OTE: £37,000
- Employment type: Full time, permanent
